A little confused on the numbers
I think its an awesome concept, showing the actual pics and the varying amounts along with the nutritional values. Im attempting to lose fat and gain muscle and its based in grams, so the rule with protein is 1 gram= 4 calories. When I look up as an example chicken breast, 170 grams adds up to 281 calories, when it should be 680 calories or roughly 70 grams depending on which is wrong.
